Rubber plastic insulation cotton, also called rubber plastic insulation material, is a closed-cell elastic material crafted primarily from nitrile rubber (NBR) and polyvinyl chloride (PVC) through a foaming process. Known as "flexible foam rubber" for its superior all-around performance.
