Rubber plastic insulation cotton, also known as rubber plastic insulation material, is a top-tier closed cell elastic insulation primarily crafted from nitrile rubber (NBR) and polyvinyl chloride (PVC) using a foaming process. Dubbed "flexible foam rubber" for its superior performance.

One of its standout features is its closed cell structure, making it nearly non-absorbent, thus water vapor is impenetrable.
The high moisture resistance factor (μ - value>10000) ensures long-term insulation stability, preventing decreased performance or mold due to moisture. Ideal for cold storage and air conditioning.
3. Excellent fire resistance (B1 level flame retardant)
