Rubber plastic insulation cotton, a.k.a. rubber plastic insulation material, is a closed cell elastic insulation made from nitrile rubber (NBR) and polyvinyl chloride (PVC) via foaming. Dubbed "flexible foam rubber" for its superior performance.

Its closed cell foam structure is packed with tiny independent bubbles, preventing air convection and effectively blocking thermal conduction.

The thermal conductivity is remarkably low (between 0.034-0.040 W/(m · K)), requiring minimal thickness for effective insulation and significant energy savings.

A standout feature. Its closed cell structure is virtually non-absorbent, blocking water vapor.

The high moisture resistance factor (μ - value>10000) ensures long-term stability, preventing insulation degradation or mold due to moisture absorption. Ideal for low-temp, high-humidity environments like cold storage and air conditioning.

3. Excellent fire resistance (B1 level flame retardant)

High-quality products often meet the B1 flame retardant standard (Chinese national standard), self-extinguishing upon ignition, effectively preventing fire spread.
